When a woman’s periods stop abruptly, this could be due to early menopause, burnout or both. ᅠ

When you are constantly stressed and pushing yourself to the limit, multitasking even when you are doing something that is supposed to be relaxing, your hormonal system can shut down. symptoms of menopause fatigue

Symptoms of menopause: fatigue may be due to adrenal burnout.

If the woman in the scenario above sounds a lot like you, maybe it’s time to slow down. If you are in menopause, then you will need to do this anyway. If you’re burned out, then there are techniques and lifestyle changes that you can learn that will help you get back your energy and avoid doing this to yourself in the future.

If you think that your particular symptoms of menopause: fatigue, moodiness, depression, etc. could be signs of something else like adrenal fatigue, then get to the doctor. Don’t make assumptions. Instead of drinking more coffee so you can do more in one day than most people do in a week, get your hormone levels checked to find out exactly what’s going on.
